Davis Vision Center will be having a Soft re-opening on May 4, 2020. We are following the CDC and State guidelines closely to keep us all safe. If you have questions or concerns please call 801-253-3080
Because we are concerned with the health and safety of our patients and staff we have set a few mandatory guidelines to help us all safe.
• Face masks are mandatory.
• Temperatures will be taken on all patients.
• If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around someone in the past two weeks who has been sick please reschedule your appointment.
• We have limited the amount of patients that come into our facility. Therefore please leave all guests including children at home.
